My name is Myriam Callegarin and I am a  Management Consultant &  Coach. I am the founder of EffectiveActions – Executive Coaching & Training (website under construction), as well as the president of MC XTEND International Business Development, that I founded in 2002.

I work with corporate executives, professionals and business owners who want to move to the next level of success and fulfillment by working effectively, with passion and integrity.

My clients value me for being action and result-oriented, innovating, enthusing and committed. And I enjoy working with each of them and see them prosper, because I feel that their success is my success.

WHY AM I A COACH?

I am passionate about what people can create when they know how to best use their resources, whether within their organization or within themselves as individuals. That’s why I decided to become a Coach.

I have been working with “numbers” in international Sales, Marketing and Business Development for 18 years, both in large corporations such as Mercedes-Benz AG and DaimlerChrysler and in the company I founded in 2002, MC XTEND International Business Development.

What I have actually been working with all these years is not numbers though, but people: top management, staff, colleagues, clients, suppliers, business partners. These are the ones who make the numbers, and the relationship among them is what determines a company’s success and failure.

Being a Coach, I have a great opportunity to help both organizations and people work together in a very positive way, for mutual benefit.

PROFESSIONAL AND ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

After 12 years in Germany, Singapore and South Korea working for Mercedes-Benz, today Daimler AG, I moved back to Italy where I founded MC XTEND in 2002. I was asked to teach Sales and Marketing as a freelance at ENAIP, an Italian national school for adult education, which I did in 2003 and 2006. I found it a very enriching experience that I enjoyed very much.

I am a member of the ICF, the International Coach Federation and am currently training with the ICA, the International Coach Academy to obtain my certification. I have a degree in Business Management.
